Notes on set-up and stance
Establish tall, straight body position with bottom knee still on the ground, then begin.
Keep your standing foot (bottom foot) pointing straight up. No turnout!
Establish straight, tall body position with feet stacked, then lift top foot to begin.
Keep your standing foot (bottom foot) pointing straight up. No turnout!
No saggy back! Work to keep your hips square and stable.
